More Signs of Christmas on the Beach

This fun tree is on the beach at the Mucky Duck on Captiva Island, Florida

Good food (try the duck fingers and/or crunchy grouper) , live entertainment and plenty of good cheer!

They aren't singing Christmas carols yet...

They do offer Christmas souvenirs this time of year

But I spent my discretionary funds on Etsy

Christmas pillows coming!

  1. Hi Amy,
How festive and welcoming this tree looks. From the angle of the photograph, it almost looks like the palm leaves are growing out of it. A Florida Christmas tree for sure! ;)

  4. Since I have always lived in the North East, this scene looks so comical to me. A Christmas tree in sand and not snow!! I know that many celebrate Christmas in very warm climates but I just can't wrap my mind around it! LOL!!

Thanks so much for your recent visit!!

    Hugs,
    Debbie

  5. While I do think of snow during the holidays I wouldn't mind digging my toes into some warm sand :-). The tree sure is pretty and glad you were able to find you some Christmas pillows. I love Etsy!!

  6. Any time at the beach is good for me! I was so sad leaving it but now we are on our way home to decorate! Dreaming of a white Christmas all the way!

  7. They should have put some fake snow around the bottom...OK, it wouldn't be the same as real snow. Nice tree though!

Figure you are home so...Welcome home!

    Take care, Amy.

  8. Lol--fake snow on the beach would have been perfect!

I am home! Thank you for the welcome!

I got home just before Thanksgiving and then had to run and get my oldest from college and then return her. What a crazy life! I do have 4 trees up w/lights though! On to the ornaments!!!
